CREA charges no booking fee, no success fee, and no commission on the job. A production company pays the crew directly. CREA is a flat subscription, or €0 on Free. The project fee stays between the company and the freelancer.
Yes. Invite anyone by email. They make a free profile and open the workspace for that job. They do not need a paid plan just to join a production you are already running.
No. Invoices between a freelancer and a company are separate from the CREA subscription. CREA does not take a commission on those invoices. Platform plans are billed through Stripe on the web, or through the App Store on iOS.

Pro adds applying to jobs, posting listings, the full workspace, Sun Planner, and invoicing. Freelancer Pro is €8.99 per month or €59.99 per year. Every account starts with 30 days of Pro tools.
